After working with his father, who passed on all his experience to him, Eric now cultivates his land with passion and humility.

A naturalist winemaker, Eric has always had a real passion for solitary bees.
He strives to preserve their environment so that he can enjoy photographing them in the vineyards.
It was his desire to help people discover these little-known species that led to the creation of this collection.
Each vintage has its own bee and food plant. (2019: Anthophora; 2020: Eucera; 2021 Andrena
